Two roads diverged in a wood, and I – I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.

… no one does anything they do not want to do.
You always have a reason – and usually, a pretty good one – for doing what you are doing and choosing what you are choosing. Be careful not to convince yourself that you are doing something against your will. Such a thing is impossible.
Therefore, be honest with yourself as to why you are choosing to do a particular thing. Then, do it gladly, knowing that you are always getting to do what you want. The statement “I have no choice” is a lie. You can choose. You simply do not prefer the alternatives available to you, for whatever reason. So you select the outcome that you most prefer.
Neale Donald Walsch
Make a decision and then make the decision right. Line up your Energy with it. In most cases it doesn’t really matter what you decide. Just decide. There are endless options that would serve you enormously well, and all or any one of them is better than no decision.

Cravings are going to occur to you. So here’s the rule of thumb about eating, or about investing in the stock market, or about anything else: If the impulse comes from a joyous thought that feels good, follow it. If the impulse comes from an uncomfortable thought that felt bad, don’t follow it.
Abraham-Hicks, from a workshop in Portland, Oregon, USA on July 13, 2002
We want you to breathe rather than try, to relax rather than offer effort, to smile rather than struggle, to be rather than do.

Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.
Viktor Frankl
Choice is the exploration of desire and then the selection of action. In every moment, you are choosing either to align yourself with your own true path, or to veer away from it. There are no neutral actions. Even the smallest gesture has a direction to it, leading you closer to your path, or farther away from it, whether you realize it or not.
Pure actions – like spending time with a beloved friend – bring you into alignment, whereas false ones – such as spending time with someone you really don’t like, but to whom you feel obligated – alienate you from your truth. Every choice you make carries weight.
Decisions are made in your mind, whereas choices are made in your gut. Decisions come from the rational, reasonable weighing of the circumstances, choices come from your essence and attunement with your higher self.
Andrew Adler
